These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
